Thus, involvement of the person is more important than even his/her creativity and productivity for outputting tangible results from him/her.

Creativity is a matter of intellect of the person while his/her productivity being the subject matter of his capability, his/her involvement is a matter of his/her physical interest in his/her life, career and/or profession.
